Great alternative to staying up in Breckenridge.

Posted 09-Feb-2016
Pros: Price
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.
We just wanted a Saturday night stay for skiing at Breckenridge. The only one we could find was $459/night. As we had a car we chose to ski Breckenridge on Saturday, spend the night in Frisco and then off to A Basin on Sunday. The Holiday Inn was perfect for us.

Pleasant stay

I really enjoyed staying here. I only wish it offered free breakfast like many other holiday inns do. Other than that, great place to stay.

Only as a last resort

Posted 25-Jan-2016
If you want an average hotel and can get one at the same price, get it. Tired, worn, common areas, hard to understand the on-duty front desk person (seemed like a manager), thin walls. Room was clean, TV channels lacking.

Convenient hotel near ski resorts Keystone and Cop

Posted 23-Jan-2016
Pros: location, rooms, heated pool and Jacuzzi.. daughter loved the game room with air hockey and video games
Cons: stop using that terrible smelling bottled cleaner used by food service to clean table tops in restaurant. change to a non-odor table sanitizer
Location: downtown Frisco off interstate.. central location to ski at Keystone and Copper
nice newer hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. only problem was during breakfast. food service employees spraying a chemical on table tops to clean tables after customer finishes. the chemical smelled so badly, we had to leave our breakfast meal. we work in food service and have never used any type of sanitizing chemical to clean tables which had an odor. told front desk receptionist.. didn't seemed too concerned. only said she would tell food service manager. sucked having to leave our hot breakfast and had to pay for our half eaten meal. seemed unfair.

Nice location but needs better up-keep.

The hotel may have been renovated previously, but it was not recent. Wallpaper pealing, cigarettes marks on the wallpaper... Our room did not have an exterior window- it had a view of an interior hall way... Otherwise, the pool was nice, 2 hot tubs, dry sauna and restaurant on property.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Interior in need of facelift. Attached restaurant is average, at best. Hot water took 3 minutes from water start.
Location: Great location right off interstate 70. Whole Foods, Starbucks, and few restaurants within walking distance
Great hotel for no-frills ski vacation. Jacuzzi/spa was nice addition during winter.
