Convenient location

Posted 12-Feb-2016
Pros: Very nice breakfast, nice spa, super close to I-70 and ski resorts, easy drive to restaurants in town on Main Street. Kids like the pool.
Cons: Had to request shampoo (room did have body lotion and conditioner). No maintenance person on Sundays to fix squeaky bathroom door - fixed next day.
Location: So many nice restaurants in town, Recycle Sports is worth checking out, Silverthorne outlet shops nearby.
Comfy room, good breakfast, really great Vietnamese restaurant on site.

Great option for Breckenridge

Posted 04-Feb-2016
A nice clean hotel after a wonderful time in Breckenridge. Close to restaurants and the highway. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was.

Smells like weed

Posted 31-Jan-2016
I get it, this is Colorado and it was a cheep hotel to stay before skiing, so my expectations were low. However the reek of weed in the hallway was crazy, the room was sauna hot and the upkeep of the hotel was on par with the "Happiness Hotel." Plan accordingly.

Awesome location for hitting the slopes

Posted 29-Jan-2016
This place was very nice for the price. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast was surprisingly large with good variety. The hot tub was also great after all day on the slopes. The king room was nothing special but it was comfortable and had plenty of space. This hotel is located basically in the middle of the major ski resorts in summit county. It was no more than 15-20mins to any of the resorts. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in hitting multiple mountains and want to stay on a budget. We saved $100s staying here vs the major resorts.

Left us stranded

Posted 26-Jan-2016
Pros: Nothing
Upon arriving to this "pet friendly" hotel, we were turned away because they had no pet friendly rooms available. Meanwhile we had just flew in from SC with our dog in tow. The reservation was made months in advance. There was no place on the reservation where you would indicate if you had a pet or not. We based our reservation solely because they advertised "pet friendly ". The staff did not care that we had no place to stay all they would do is say, we will not charge you for a canceled reservation. Fortunately, we were able to contact Expedia, whose staff was more than professional finding us another location close by. It unfortunately end up costing more than we expected but we did not have much choice.

Not sound proof at all

Every time someone on your hall shuts their door your whole room, including your bed, shakes. And you can hear everything. Dont count on getting a good nights sleep here.

Affordable, convenient location and comfy beds

Posted 09-Jan-2016
We stayed 2 nights (family of 5 with 3 boys between ages 7-12) to visit family in Breckenridge and go sledding. I think this hotel is in a convenient location right off I-70 and near Lake Dillon (not right on it). It is family friendly with a pool that our kids enjoyed, a nice jacuzzi and breakfast included. I found the price to be reasonable/appropriate for the area and the beds very comfortable.
