This home is stunning. We loved every second of staying here. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One thing to keep in mind is that if you need to communicate with the management team that handles the rental, outside of hours you will communicate directly with a call center that has no clue yet pretends to represent the company.

Property was in great shape although we had a master bathroom shower drain that was plugged up and the gas grill didn’t work. But both issues were taken care of promptly

The property inside was reasonably clean and welcoming. The outdoor space (screen porch) was very dusty and the general upkeep was not up to expectations. The rates were higher than I would have expected to pay for the condition of the amenities. Overall it was a pleasant experience (but not luxurious) to stay and would advise fellow travelers to calibrate their expectations.

We just returned from spending 5 nights at this rental. The setting is beautiful in a very serene and quiet wooded area. However, the cleanliness of the house is an issue - especially for it being a brand new rental. As another previous guest review stated, there were little bugs, spiders, etc in almost all of the corners inside the house. Little spiderwebs and dust bunnies were in the corners next to the couch, in corners of the coffee area, the laundry room, and the window sills. It’s one thing (and completely understandable) to have critters on the outside/deck of the property since it is in a wooded area, but there is no reason the inside of the house can’t be clean. Another disappointment was the grill. We made sure to ask the host if the grill was in working order prior to our arrival, to which they responded saying it was ready for use. Once we turned on the propane to grill our dinner we discovered that the connection hose was loose/had a leak. We were able to temporarily tighten the hose to use the grill for the night, but the connection is not secure and safe to be used long term. One last point to mention is that the homeowners do not allow guests to use the indoor fireplace. It states this in the rental listing, but just in case anyone doesn’t read all of the fine print I wanted to mention it here. We were sad to not be able to have a cozy indoor fire during the cooler nights. The ambiance would have been greatly improved had we been able to enjoy that feature.
