Fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic stay! Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is set in beautiful location on the common. Food was delicious and staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Couldn’t have been better!

Lovely stay.
Very easy stay, considering the covid situation. I was emailed all details with how to do a virus-safe check in, everything was as expected and the room was very comfortable. Lovely location.

Almost the very best!
This is a rather special place. The location is just superb. Totally idilic in the middle of an open common/ golf course with the most amazing villages nearby. The inn and the rooms have character and the food is very good. The popular beer garden is tremendous on a sunny day. The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel a little sad at marking an otherwise excellent place down on cleanliness and service but the windows in our room were filthy and the service tended to be quote slow (admittedly they were busy).
