Cozy in the Country no 11% Stw tax

  • New remodel with re-finished hard wood or newly installed LVP in most of home, fresh paint, and refreshed decor.
    The space
    This home is just to the East of Stillwater, Oklahoma;about 12 minutes from OSU, 20 to Cushing, and 5 minutes to the Payne County Fairgrounds and Expo Center.

    The house is all on one level with two bedrooms and a bathroom adjacent to a full kitchen and cozy living room.

    One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a double.

    There's an HD television with subscription YouTubeTV and Smart features to use your own app streaming accounts. Unlimited WiFi Internet service and all utilities are included

    We are still working on additional improvements between guests, but that's mostly outside
    - Additional painting of soffits and detached garage
    - Outside clean-up and landscaping
    Guest access
    Guests have access to the entire house. However, the garage is not available to guests.
