We enjoyed our trip but definitely felt like people who stay at the complex year round really don’t care for those of us that rent weekly. I’ve been staying at this location for at least a couple of weeks a year for the last 8 years, but this last trip we had a few “discussions” with the locals at this complex. I’m guessing ownership has changed hands in several of the condos and these new owners brought their attitudes with them when they moved in. Great place, just be aware, some of the old folks don’t like you parking in their spot, swimming in their pool, walking on sidewalk, sitting on your balcony, etc.. The unit we were moved to had million dollar views and was extremely clean. It was outdated with furnishings and had carpeting in main living areas, the beds were not that comfortable but with that view you can overlook these things. All week I redecorated and renovated the unit in my mind(I love to remodel and build and hopefully one day will own one of these ). The views on this unit are probably the best in the entire complex! We absolutely loved our condo, we had an amazing view of the bay in front of us and off to our left was a cove. Reviewer Comments: Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a great location. We enjoyed our trip but definitely felt like people who stay at the complex year round really don’t care for those of us that rent weekly. I’ve been staying at this location for at least a couple of weeks a year for the last 8 years, but this last trip we had a few “discussions” with the locals at this complex. I’m guessing ownership has changed hands in several of the condos and these new owners brought their attitudes with them when they moved in. Great place, just be aware, some of the old folks don’t like you parking in their spot, swimming in their pool, walking on sidewalk, sitting on your balcony, etc.. Other than that the condo was great and Suncoast did a fantastic job with the rental process. ##### phil m. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was less than perfect was the bedrooms at night. We could not sleep with the doors closed. It got too warm.
