Discover the charm of Waterside at Coquina Key, a gated island community located just south of downtown St. Petersburg. This serene retreat is ideal for walking, jogging, bird watching, and even dolphin spotting.  
Enjoy a range of amenities including two heated pools, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as six new pickleball courts. Stay fit in the state-of-the-art fitness center, unwind in the billiards room, or find your next great read in the cozy reading room. For electric vehicle owners, there are two charging stations available. Join your friends at the vibrant yacht club, perched on the water, complete with a sports bar on the second floor and a lively social calendar.
