We let our 13 year old daughter plan this trip, and she picked the Clearwater area along with this place for us to stay. She did a great job.We just got back, and we had a great week. The location was probably the best part. We could walk from the front door to the beach in less than five minutes. The beach was never terribly crowded either, which was nice.The pool was awesome. It looked like a newer addition to the property and was a great way to cool off after spending time at the beach. We ended up using it every day, usually in the morning, after the beach, and again before bed. We also used the hot tub several times, and it worked great.The golf cart was a nice bonus. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, so it was easy to hop on the cart and head out for dinner.Inside, the place was exactly what you'd want for a beach vacation. It was colorful, comfortable, and had plenty of room. There were only four of us, but it could easily sleep a much larger family. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool, and the kitchen has everything you need.Even though it's so close to the beach, the neighborhood was pretty quiet, which we really appreciated at the end of the day.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we'd definitely come back
