"Breakfast was ok. Bit of a bun fight to get to the buffet. Fried eggs were rubbery. Service was good. "

"Firstly there is not enough support or help from the staff there are no phones in the bedroom. I paid for a premium room yet the room I was given was far from premium it was tiny and blocked by a block of flats despite being advertised as ‘city view’ I was able to change after making a complaint but in the new room the TV was so far from the bed it wasn’t comfortable nor were there any plates, bowls, spoons etc… in the kitchen area which didn’t make any sense as there is no way to use it without these. I did love the pool area but it was quite disappointing that the bar/ restaurant area was closed. There is also no where to buy food in the hotel nor is there anywhere to get or order breakfast. Although there is a cafe next to the reception area. I also had an extremely bad sleep, it was sooo noisy and people were shouting outside my room before 5am in the morning."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and welcoming. Breakfast included was wonderful. I would stay here again. Conveniently located. Walking distance from restaurants and points of interest. :)"

"Room was fine although a bit tired but the whole hotel was extremely stuffy and hot. Myself and all my colleagues all felt this and the air con didn’t work in rooms. This meant window as open and noise of trains all night. "

"Nice location close to nearby Greenwich, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Cycleway 4 runs along Creek Rd at the front of the hotel and provides excellent access into central London. The hotel itself is modern and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. "
