Floors and towels were very gross. Battery in smoke alarm low, requested a new one that never came. 2 trash bags for a 3 night stay. Owner had to send hand soap because they were all empty. Once inside, the place was cold and the heat was not working, in the upstairs bedroom closet was someone's dirty bra, underwear, towel, a hair piece, and it appeared someone had slept in the bed. I reached out to the property owner regarding the heat, the dirty items that were found in the closet, and that the bed appeared slept in along with sending pictures for him to see. I never got a response regarding any of the issue. We stayed the first night without any heat. About 7 the second night the heat suddenly kicked on. On a positive note, the kids loved the downstairs entertainment area with the games, etc. ##### Kenny and Tracie G.
