Great hotel. Short walk from Paddington. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean. Basic facilities but bathroom, kettle and TV were all that were needed so it was perfect. Will be staying again.

Got a very good price for the hotel. Bus and trains about 5 min walk or less. Hotel was very clean but you can hear upstairs or downstairs closing their bathroom door closed but that was first day. 11am check out time quite early I thought usual check out time in hotels I’ve been has been 12. Called down and they agreed on 11.30. Staff was amazing no fault at all for this hotel.

Excellent hotels

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.
