Wonderful place by the sea and shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only a slight mark down for some minor cosmetic details but generally it was fantastic and we had no complaints

Good choice

Golden Europe is a good choice, the location is very good infront of the light house surrounded with all shops, cafes and restaurants you need, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel need some renovation. The breakfast options was good also

Perfect stay

Perfect Dahab stay! As far as customer service it was excellent, all staff I had contact with were pleasant and friendly with a good level of English for communication. Manager was also very accommodating. For general standards in Dahab it is a very no frills town so this hotel was super, good AC, clean room, hot shower. Which is all we needed. Perfect location in the heart of Dahab (lighthouse area) would definitely come back and recommend.

Be aware -sea water in the shower!!!

It is the first time ever that I saw sea water running in the room water system! It was NOT mentioned anywhere, but, when I had my first shower, the water were sea water!! The hotel apologized and gave me two bottles of fresh water to wash face after the shower. I would never book that hotel if I knew it and recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.

We started off on the wrong foot. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 AM after a long and exhausting traveling journey, only to be greeted at reception by a young man who didn’t speak a word of English and had no record of our reservation. They initially put us in a room that we had to change immediately because it didn’t even have a door. The second room, where we spent the first night, had a poorly maintained bathroom and a fridge that looked and sounded like a broken-down car. During our stay, the water supply was cut off for two out of the five days. The bathroom had a persistent leak, the fridge was completely iced over inside, and if unplugged, it flooded the room. While the bed wasn’t uncomfortable, the overall experience was far from restful. On the last day, we had to leave without showering because there was no water. To make matters worse, every afternoon when we tried to rest, construction work would begin on the doors, complete with loud hammering. It was truly an experience to forget.

호텔직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 숙소도 깔끔합니다. 특히 라이트하우스 앞바다와 가깝고 식당가와 가까워서 여행하기 굉장히 편리했습니다. 주인이 바뀌면서 직원들이 11월 부로 전부 교체됐다고 하는데 이후 서비스는 어떻게 될 지 모르겠네요

Ich bin allein gereist wegen Sporturlaub. Windsurfen. Mir war es sehr wichtig ein guten Frühstück zu bekommen! Es war natürlich,keinen 5* Hotel!,aber im Endeffekt hat alles gut geklappt! Mit dem Service war ich sehr zufrieden! Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit!
