It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed. Pet Policy: We are happy to host your dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed—please reach out with any questions. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods, as distressed pets can cause damage or excessive barking may disturb neighbors. St. Augustine beaches are dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. Please tell us about your dog(s)—we love to hear about them! Pet Fee: A pet fee of $175 for 1–2 dogs will be charged for the stay. No fee is charged for certified service animals, though we ask you to inform us if you’ll be bringing a service animal during your stay. \*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn\`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens.
