We had a really lovely last minute stay pre-second lockdown. The staff were all extremely friendly and polite, and it was great to use the pool and spa facilites - all of which were working and clean.

Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, had a choice of cereal, toast etc. Was told that it was just traditional cooked breakfast if you wanted hot food. Reduced menu on evening meals but this was to be expected and not an issue. Disappointed with overall cleanliness given the current situation. Hair on bed, dust and room safe still had items left in it from previous guests. I’m wondering if the cleaning team are given enough time to deep clean each room. Visited the pool, the changing rooms were tired looking and a bit grubby.
