And/or, it is used by the guests to meet each other on neutral territory and to eat together without messing up their own cottage !!

Located in the Borgo, in the heart of the village, but still only 1 minutes walk from the pool and the gardens – very private – in the small square in front of the Church.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with fireplace and a big living/dining room with fireplace.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double room + 1 bed-sitting room) with two bathrooms.
A very pretty terrace looks onto a beautiful panorama of mountains and wood.
In the grounds for your use is table football, a ping pong table, a soccer (football) field, a basket ball area and a playground for children.

However, 2 kms away is the village of Strettura, where you can find a butcher, a baker and a grocery store plus 4 restaurants !
