Host Cancelled Day Of

I booked weeks before our trip & received a confirmation—the night before I reached out to the host regarding check-in instructions. The morning we were due to check in; the host canceled the reservation. Responded like it was a joke by saying, "Good thing I checked my email & saw your request for check-in instructions". It is unfathomable to do that to someone who planned a trip and had reserved non-refundable excursions!!! Never reserve anything with this host!!!!
