Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.  
  
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Perfect for 2!

Well worth it for the price. Really nice full kitchen. Unit was clean and stocked with supplies and lots of extra towels. It says partial lake view which is true, but just FYI - it's only a tiny sliver of the lake that's visible from the balcony. They texted to let us know we could check in 2 hours early without us even asking, which was super helpful and appreciated! Check in was easy since we didn't even need to go to the front desk and just went straight to the unit. Would recommend!
