We enjoyed our stay and liked the layout with the living room and kitchen/dining room on main floor, game room on the bottom floor and top floor had all the bedrooms. We also had a moment where hot water didn’t work and they promptly responded and sent someone over to get it checked the next day even though the hot water came back on in a few hours and was mainly the boiler taking a little longer to heat it up because we had some people that showered and we were running the dishwasher and the washing machine. They allowed us to go in but they left without vacuuming and did not leave us enough towels for our whole family. We called the next morning for the towels and to replace a chirping smoke detector. Multiple people came out to the property over the next couple of hours asking us what we needed and trying to change the smoke detectors, not realizing somebody already came. The staff did not seem to be communicating with each other. However, we finally got everything we needed. The property could use some maintenance as many things don’t work as they should or are very poorly repaired. However, we had a great time and made the best of our stay. The kids and adults all loved the game room and we took full advantage of all the sleds in the garage to play in the snow. ##### Alyson S. We stayed for three nights with three families and used this as our homebase for a couple days of snowboarding. It was great and the kids loved the game room in the basement. The kitchen is large and well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean. The home has been partially updated and there a a few aesthetic updates still needed but nothing that impacted the comfort our stay.
