Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 7 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Located in a gated community, but bears still can get in at night time. First Floor: 1\. Master bedroom 2\. Two Bunk bed room ( Three queen and two twin bed) Second Floor: • Queen bedroom • Kitchen • Living room 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 queen size, 1 bunk bed with 3 queen size, 1 bunk bed with 2 twin size) and 3 bathrooms. Fits up to 12 guests. For more than six guests, the rate is $10 per person per night. The maximum occupancy for this house is 12 guests. Infants are not charged. Provided cooking and dining amenities, 12 bath towels. 1 garage spot and 1 driveway spot for parking. All other window coverings were secured but the slider overlooked the parking lot and into other rentals was a privacy issue with us. Property Management and on-call local contact promptly responded but did not have coverings. The picture of unit shows three floors, the top floor is also a rental by other management fyi.
