It is located just 8 minutes by car from Cala Bona and the stunning beaches and coves of the island's east coast. Outside, the villa has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during summer days. Under the porch, you can relax with a good book on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, or enjoy a pleasant dinner outdoors while feeling the Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, the villa offers several shaded areas to rest, sunbeds to sunbathe, and an upper terrace where you can also relax or dine with views. The garden includes a grill perfect for preparing delicious barbecues. Inside, you will find a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and space to watch television, as well as an elegant dining room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to prepare your best recipes. Villa Alzina has six bedrooms with capacity for up to 9 people, all equipped with heating. Pool cold but we liked the cool down as the weather was really hot. Overall a great stay, everything provided and short walk to the main strip and beach. Great location. The kitchen has great facilities although the fridge handle was broken. The only thing that let it down for us was the lack of air conditioning. The fans provided were old and very dusty and didn't give the best support during a hot August. The villa has beautiful grounds and pool. Only a 15 minute walk to aldi and nearby beach and shops. Wir waren mit mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort und hatten ausreichend Platz.Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Das ist für den Aufenthalt im Hochsommer schade.Ansonsten ist alles da was man benötigt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Einige Dinge im Haus wie Messer oder Kaffeemaschine könnten erneuert werden, aber haben unserer Erholung keinen Abbruch getan.Die Lage des Hauses ist super. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Stand und in der Einkaufsstraße.Es gibt auf dem Haus eine sehr große Dachterasse von der man sogar das Meer sehen kann. Wenn hier ein paar gemütliche Möbel stehen würden , wäre es noch schöner gewesen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Haus definitiv weiter! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsfirma war top! Das Haus ist modern und sauber und liegt in ruhiges Lage. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und Umgebung. Besonders beeindruckend war es früh morgens den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Einfach 10 Minuten die Straße herunterlaufen und man erreicht den Strand. Die Flaniermeile und den ALDI erreicht man in 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein paar Frage als wir im Urlaub waren und die Vermieter waren jederzeit für uns telefonisch erreichbar. Die Finca war sehr sauber, die Zimmer, der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind wie auf den Bildern. Zum Strand nach Cala Millor geht man nur die Straße runter und ist in ca. 15 Minuten dort. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und einen ebenso großen Gefrierschrank, beides Top. Leider ist die Ausstattung wenn man kochen möchte nicht so toll. Die Finca ist für 9 Personen, aber die Töpfe sind allerhöchstens für 4 Personen und es gibt leider nichts zum umrühren oder zum verquirlen. Kleine Löffel sind auch nur 4 o. 5 vorhanden. Gläser, Geschirrtücher und eine neue Kaffeemaschine (die alte ging gleich am ersten Tag kaputt) wurden auf Nachfrage allerdings sofort gebracht.
