Welcome to a fully private haven nestled in 7 hectares of preserved nature.  
  
This exceptional villa offers a refined, peaceful setting for a memorable stay in total privacy.  
  
The main villa sleeps up to 8 guests.  
  
Two independent studios can be opened depending on your group size.   
  
These spaces are never rented separately – the entire property is exclusively yours.

#### Wonderful stay for large group

We were very happy to stay in this villa as a group of friends with partners and kids. The garden is beautiful and the house easily accommodating. We lacked no amenities and found the kitchen especially wonderful as we enjoy to cook together.

Très belle maison sur un grand parc avec piscine, idéal lorsque le temps est au beau fixe (ce qui n’a pas été le cas pour nous lors de notre semaine passée dans le logement). Quelques points à améliorer : L’absence de ventilation dans le studio générant de l’humidité en abondance. Dans la maison : Un chauffage défaillant. Fortes odeurs de canalisation dans la buanderie. Des soucis électriques à plusieurs reprises.

Maison magnifique et très bien placée Extérieur agréable et literie très confortable ! Sinon, Mme Carolotti nous a très bien accueilli et a fait en sorte de nous arranger au mieux, merci beaucoup ! Notre séjour a été très agréable !! Pas de cafetière filtre et il serait appréciable de laisser des torchons lorsqu’on loue le linge de maison.

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances dans la location, malgré le nettoyage pas top (250 euros), problème avec le lave-vaiselle et problème de store. Sinon la location est impeccable avec vue superbe. Encore un grand merci à daniel pour sa proactivité à ressoudre tous nos petits problèmes que nous avons connus.

#### Tres belle maison de vacances en famille

Maison avec de belles prestations pour un séjour en famille avec enfants et ados. Nichée sur le flanc d’une colline arborée au milieu des arbres avec de l’ombre et de l’air en période chaude. Piscine tres agréable. Idéal pour des groupes de 10 personnes/ chambres climatisées appréciables. De l’espace pour tout le monde en vacances avec le petit coin de sieste sous les platanes.

Trés bien située la maison est trés agréable à vivre : literie de qualité dans les 5 chambres climatisées. Notre séjour à 5 couples c’est idéalement passé durant les 15 premiers jours de juillet. Seules améliorations à apporter : \* les volets des chambres pas assez occultants laissent trop passer la lumiére du jour \* le barbecue à gaz ne fonctionne pas trés bien , 2 feux sur 4 fonctionnent à peine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie villa moderne très bien équipée en plein cœur des arbres et de la nature. La piscine d’eau salée est vraiment appréciable. La communication fut très réactive et tout était fait pour nous satisfaire. Nous avons passé ces vacances avec 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans et le cadre est adapté. Nous recommandons vivement !
