It is a stone house located in a residential area, on the outskirts of Soller town in the Valley of the Oranges.
The house has private parking, offers internet service. Towels and sheets are included.
The situation allows sun all day long and offers amazing views to the mountains.
The acommodation is cosy and bright.
It forms part of a group of traditional semi-detached stone houses.
The living area is 120 m². The lower floor consists of the entrance hall, a living room, the laundry room, the kitchen as well as a guest toilet with shower. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace with sunbeds, umbrella and a BBQ. The sunny upper terrace with great views invites to enjoy the quiet of the Majorcan countryside.
On the following floor you find 2 bedrooms - a master bedroom close to the other bedroom with bunkbeds ideal for kids - and bath with shower. In this floor you can access to the upper terrace
On the second floor a sunny bedroom with enchanting view over the Soller Valley.
The upper floor has a bedroom with twin beds.
The living room area and the master bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning by heat pump.
The location half way between Soller and the Port of Soller is perfect, just 5 minutes by car either way.
If you like walks by bike or on foot it is a magnificent area. In the countryside but close to everything.
The property is located less than 5 minutes walking to the public swimming pool. It's a huge open-air swimming pool in the tennis club and enjoy truly spectacular views over the town and of the Tramuntana mountains.

Great location, clean comfortable house

I'd highly recommend this home to anyone interested in staying near Soller. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The reserved parking space was an added bonus. It's about a nice 20-minute walk into the town, or a very quick drive. Parking in the summer can be very difficult to find in town. We used the master bedroom and our child slept in the bedroom on the top floor. Both beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which is a necessity in the summer. There is a nice public swimming pool a short walk from the house. We never had a chance to use it, but would definitely go in the future if/when we return to Mallorca. Please note that like many Spanish homes/apartments, there is a washing machine but no dryer, just a drying rack and the sun, so plan accordingly if you need to do laundry. The stairs are also quite steep, so I would not recommend this home to anyone who has mobility or balance issues.

Sehr schönes, top ausgestattetes Haus (eher Hotelcharakter, als Ferienhaus) mit wunderschönen Hinterhofflair auf der Terrasse. Leider nachts im Schlafzimmer, zumindest bei geöffneten Fenster durch die Lage an der Straße etwas laut.

Very nice house, clean and big !

Very clean house, all inclusive on 3 stairs. 5 mn by car from the beach with restaurants. Calm location. Air conditioning on 2 bedrooms and the living room. Jose is available and very nice. We highly recommended this rent for a family.

wunderschönes Haus am Rand von Soller

Wir haben eine sehr schönes Zeit in Soller verbracht. Das Haus war super ausgestattet, die Lage war gut, da nicht direkt in der Stadt, Panorama außerordentlich schön, wir waren begeistert. Einzige Anmerkung: das Freibad direkt nebenan kostet für Touristen 7 € Eintritt, das ist ganz schön teuer...

Rundum schön

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, alles da was man fürs kochen braucht! Die Umgebung ist einfach schön. Selbst die Nachbarn sind völlig entspannt und grüssen die Touristen freundlich. Das Haus möchten wir gern wieder buchen

Lovely old stone house in narrow village street

A beautiful old townhouse, tall and narrow. Refurbished tastefully to a high specification, very clean and well-equipped. Small patio with dining table, BBQ, and a couple of loungers. Upstairs is a balcony (accessed through one of the bedrooms) with more loungers and easy chairs. 3 storeys and the stairs are steep. Views from the top floor bedroom are amazing. Downside is that in the front (master) bedroom, there is a lot of noise at night as the house is right on the street: vehicles passing & dogs barking made it impossible to sleep with the window open. The lane is narrow but quite busy. The municipal open-air pool is 5 mins walk up the road but closes in September so was not open for our stay. The house is about 20 mins walk from the centre of Soller & 5 mins drive to Port de Soller where there is quite a nice (but developed) beach, & surpisingly good snorkelling. There are more isolated rocky coves to swim & snorkel in up and down the coast but few that are accessible without a bit of a walk. Amazing walks in the mountains, the landscape is stunning.

Lovely stay in Sóller

Lovely house, very handy for getting to Puerto Sóller. You really need a car as it’s a good 20 minute walk into town (narrow roads without pavement for much of it), but that was fine for us (family of 4, 2 teenagers). Quiet location, lovely terrace overlooking the mountains. Great holiday and would stay again. Particularly enjoyed the tram ride and the Ca’n Llimona restaurant.

Genieten in Sóller

We hebben genoten van het mooie, gezellige huis en de mooie omgeving. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en er stond een heerlijke sinaasappeltaart en een fles wijn als welkom klaar. Op het dakterras kon je lekker ontbijten en al vroeg van het zonnetje genieten. Als dat te warm was kon je beneden in de tuin zitten. Alles was zoals op de foto’s op de site. Enige aandachtspunt zijn de hoge trappen naar boven. Deze kunnen een belemmering vormen voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn. Voor de rest is het huis een aanrader, evenals het gezellige Sóller en omgeving!

Maison typique de la vallee, en pierre, Etroite mais haute. (2 étages ). 3 chambres. Propreté super. Équipements pour bébé (baignoire bébé/ chaise haute/lit parapluie de qualité/ pot/joiets pr plage). Accueil par la maman de Rosa très bien. Attentions appréciées! Merci. Cuisine bien équipée. Parking privatif. Au milieu des citronniers.

schöne Doppelhaushälfte für max. 6 Personen

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) haben im April 2019 die Doppellhaushälfte für eine Woche angemietet. Das Haus liegt in Stadtrandlage, etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns (ca. 20-25 Minuten Fußweg). Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es einige Meter zu gehen. Auf den insgesamt 3 Etagen ist ausrechend Platz für max. 6 Personen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Es ist dort ein riesiger Kühl-/Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Der (Gas-)Herd (Smeg) mit Elekroofen ist recht neu, der Geschirrspüler (Bosch), das Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen (Ikea) auch. Es standen für uns ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Die Treppe nach oben ist ziemlich steil. Bad und Schlafzimmer im 1. OG liegen nicht auf einer Höhe, dewegen besteht dort Stolpergefahr. Die Betten sind in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche im EG und ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Dusche im 1. OG. Die Terrasse ist schmal und von Mauern umgeben (siehe Bilder), von dort aus geht eine enge Wendeltreppe auf den Balkon im 1. OG, der nicht von innen erreichbar ist. Von dem Balkon hat man einen großartigen Blick über das Tal von Soller. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit schnell möglich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können eine klare Weiterempfehlung für das Objekt aussprechen!

We stayed for Christmas and New Year, eleven nights, and everyone loved the place and the house. Confortable and clean, everything working perfectly, helpfull neighbor, nice 15 min walk to the center and a bit longer to the beach. We must go back in the summer ..
