Nice staff, clean hotel,yummy food but bad managem

At the beginning the Spa center was not working so when we arrived we were told that we cannot use it . I was a bit upset because we came because of the Spa and we expected to use it . Normally the manager must notify all visitors befor their visit if there is any issue with the hotel but they did not inform us before our arrival.Anyway on our 3th day the Spa was open so everyone was happy at the end.And also we get a 10% discount because of it .

Hotels.com recommends 2 star hotel for a 4 star

It was a two star hotel, not a 5 star as recommended by hotels.com. I will never use hotels.com again

Value for Money

Stayed one night and liked the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Spacious room that would be comfortable for a longer stay. No bathtub was a small but common inconvenience. Breakfast was disappointing, although good and plentiful American coffee saved the morning. Would be interested to see how service changes during ski season, which is presumably their busy time of year.
