Pros: - Location - lots of very good restaurants nearby, 5 minute walk to the lake, close to bus into town - Cleanliness - we were happy to let our 1 year old roam the house, although there are some glass cabinets we had to keep him away from - Outdoor space - great terrace and small private lawn to play on, pool was clean, warm and plenty of space to spread out and share with other users (although we generally had it to ourselves) - Kitchen utensils etc. Unlike an older review, it seems to be well equipped now. The only thing I couldn't find was a cheese grater. Cons: - Photos show a picture of a travel cot implying it's included but actually they charge €20 per night. This was 3x the price of getting one delivered from a local rental place. - We weren't given enough consumables for the week: 1 small sachet of washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 bin bag, no salt/pepper/oil etc. When I've stayed in other places for this price (and many a lot cheaper) this sort of thing has typically been provided - The garage has a very steep slope to get into it. We scraped the bottom of our ford focus estate at both the top and bottom of the ramp. Perhaps less of an issue with a smaller car or something higher off the ground. ##### Miles F. Il bagno è grande con una bella doccia e c’è pure la lavatrice per ogni evenienza. C’è anche un bel giardino che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare a causa della stagione, così come la piscina condominiale. La casa è dotata anche di un bellissimo garage per cui non c’è nemmeno il problema del parcheggio. Siamo stati accolti da un graditissimo e abbondantissimo kit di benvenuto con varie bontà. La signora Alessandra ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e dimostrandosi sempre gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La casa è situata fuori dal centro storico di Sirmione, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. La casa è vicina a tanti supermercati, alla chiesa, e ad una fantastica piadineria che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare. Sicuramente un’esperienza positiva! Nella camera singola secondo me ci può stare benissimo un letto a castello in modo da evitare di aprire il divano letto o l’utilizzo di letti aggiuntivi. Der Garten ist so groß und der Pool nebenan, perfekt. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. In der Wohnung und auch außerhalb. Das vierte Bett ist ein Klappbett, recht komfortabel, mit Kindern vollkommen ok, mit vier Erwachsenden, sollte man es wissen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden die Wohnung, mit kleinen Hinweisen, direkt weiterempfehlen. Das Wäsche- Paket ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 2 Minuten am See. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Bus und Fähre fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung war sehr nett, vielen Dank an Roberta! Die Sauberkeit. Es ist nicht so das wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben, der Boden war blitzeblank. Es ist nur so, dass man mal wieder eine Grundreinigung in der Küche und Bad machen müsste. Im Bad ist der Klodeckel leicht lose und die Dusche darf man sich nicht so genau anschauen . Die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, schönes Bad und wir genossen die beiden Terrassen: morgens Sonne auf der einen, abends auf der anderen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Toller Garten für Menschen und Hund. Der Pool war Ostern noch zu, hätten wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Viel schöner vorne am See zu liegen. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Rückgabe liefen reibungslos. Ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde sofort behoben. Einziges Manko: das Appartement ist an der Hauptstraße - man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein . Das Haus ist hellhörig. War ok für uns. Ostern war das Haus noch ziemlich leer. Der große Garten und die zwei Terrassen sind ein Traum. Der Garten grenzt direkt an den Pool, der zwar mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt werden muss, dies war jedoch nicht schlimm. Die meiste Zeit konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns alleine nutzen. In 1 Minunte ist man in der Fußgängerzone, wo man jede Menge Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants findet und in 3 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Gardasee … wirklich perfekt. Und obwohl die Wohnung wirklich mitten drin ist, hat man absolut seine Ruhe, wenn man im Garten oder am Pool liegt und die Sonne genießt. Die Waschmaschine und der Staubsauger sind etwas in die Jahren gekommen …. ansonsten war wirklich alles toll. ##### Sarah From a partner site ### 8/10 Good #### Ohristophe Mi 1 Aug 2021 #### Wonderfull stay in Sirmione in a very good appartment and a perfect location in the south of lake The appartment is very nice and the location is perfect, the swimming pool is perfect, the terraces is really nice but a little bit noisy with the road. The location is perfect with the its center position on the south of the lake and the lake is very closed. The kitchen is too small and the equipments is not up to the standard of the accommodation. There are not enough dishes for 4 peoples. Besonders unsere zwei Hunde genossen das Grün. Tolle Gegend um auch zu Fuss zu mehreren Restaurants und Cafes laufen zu können. Einziges Manko.Die Adresse in Sirmione war extrem schwer zu finden. Eine kleine Karte auf der Buchung waere hilfreich, weil selbst unser Navi an seine Grenzen stiess. Aber ansonsten kann man die Wohnung nur wärmtens empfehlen. ##### Cornel F. Some restaurants’, a supermarket and a few shops are very closed to the apartment as well as the lake. A bus goes directly to the historical centre of Sirmione every 15 mins. We really enjoyed our stay. Sirmione is the nicest town on the lake. The only negative point is the noice of the main road when you are in the terrace but it doesn’ impact the really positive feeling on this apartment. ##### Sylvia L. Great location - 24/7 market just outside the apartment, and alot of othet stores. Beautiful place, the apartment and the city. Everything we need were in the apartment and problems were solved immediately. The wifi cellular modem is not comfortable for use and doesn´t works everytime. The smell of the cleaning spray were smelly and not good. ---
