The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. Having wonderful laundry facility was so helpful. The location was super close to the hospital facility. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing and very affordable “home away from home” during a medical crisis that allowed my husband to receive the treatment he needed. I would HIGHLY recommend the Cottage for a wonderful stay in Sioux Falls!

Wonderful stay

I stayed here for a week while I took my doctoral comprehensive exams and it was exactly what I hoped for and needed. Exactly as described, incredibly clean, cozy, and Abby responded immediately when I reached out. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, and the neighbor was the nicest person with a sweet lab who would trot over for pets from time to time. It was also nice to not have to sign in to my own streaming services because they had an account for the house - a small thing but always a little annoying. Will definitely stay again if the need ever arises.

Visiting family in Sioux Falls

The house is so cute and location was perfect. It was literally one block from our family member. Next time we come we want to stay longer. We brought and used our own bedding but once we got there we didn’t have to. Everything was supplied. It was nice. We met the neighbor to the left if you are facing the front of the house, he was so nice and we talked about fishing and my fur babies met his fur baby Jake. We really enjoyed it. It’s also close to everything!
