First surprise was that I had to carry a flight of over 20 stairs with my luggage as there was no lift service and they would not help or assist in carrying it to the room. Nothing like the photos at all . We wouldn’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone . If you have stayed in Bali this was way worse . Staff great and very helpful with information. Shopping center within 4 mins walk and train station about 5 mins walk . No drinking water in room so we were advised to arrange a bottle and fill the father from water dispenser in front of room 212\. All in all not recommended for family person. They said they offered breakfast, rather they give you coupon of a lousy restaurant next door and they give you only 1 piece of dosa or prantha that’s all. And honestly it was very bad in taste...... I was cursing myself all the time during the trip to let my family go through the ordeal. Highly Non Recommendable. This is a terrible hotel that is over-charging for what they offer. There was mold in the washroom walls, the soap is cheap and always dripping, the location is not great, the room is small, the breakfast is at an adjoining restaurant and worth S$2 per person. The only good things are free breakfast and storing baggages. The rest are terrible such as the old room , toilet , their noisy guests ( most of them are Indian with no manner as they are always make noises and shouting at the night time ) etc. We were lucky that we were quite tired from a long day travelling so we can sleep easier than before. After I told the front staff to tell the room 304 next to me to stop disturbing us then they keep quiet untill we slept. Linens were old and soiled. Bathroom was really tight and need to be regrouted-- too much mold. Staff said that despite the mold, they consider the bathroom and the sheets clean.
