The heart of the property is its inviting outdoor space, fully refreshed in March 2025, featuring a brand-new deck, stylish garden furniture, and a private pool perfect for sun-soaked afternoons. A spacious terrace area invites you to dine al fresco, unwind with a book, or simply enjoy the panoramic views of nature. Guests will love picking seasonal fruit straight from the orchard—help yourself to fresh oranges, figs, loquats, lemons, plums, grapes, and more depending on the time of year. The vegetable garden adds a lovely rustic touch, offering a true taste of the countryside. Inside, the home is both cozy and stylish, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms (renovated in 2020) that blend modern functionality with timeless country charm.
