With less than 20 rooms, all are adjoining rooms, which is great for families & groups of friends. Pool is very comfortable, & have sunshine all day long. Mr Lucky and Kim went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable, helping to organise my day at Angkor Wat and a cycle tour of the countryside. The pool was lovely, and I was treated to a fresh coconut everyday. I would definitely visit again. Food at the restaurant was superb! There is a very beautiful pool in the center of the hotel we took advantage of at night. The only complaint I have is the weak a/c in the room. I was still dripping sweat after a few cold showers. I had to call the front desk and ask for a fan, which helped tremendously. Driving down the bumpy road at night made us a bit nervous but the moment we pulled into the hotel everything was amazing ! The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. We stayed in the Private pool villa suite which I highly recommend! The room came with a King bed and so much room!! It was wonderful to be able to choose between a private, relaxing dip out the back or a full swim in the beautiful main pool. The restaurant on site was really fantastic! As an introduction to Khmer food it exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to eat anywhere else !! The Manager Kim helped us with booking some wonderful tours! The guides he arranged were all excellent and you can trust that he will send you to the right places! Theary the evening manager is the most cheerful kind girl! Always has a smile on her face and will help you with anything you need any time ! She even organised a yummy complementary dinner for us as we had stayed so long !! Tuk Tuks were organised whenever you wanted into town and they always make sure you knew how to get back! It’s not far away from the main Center and we enjoyed the quietness of it all it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere and when u wanted to go out the tuk tuk rides were fun ! All the other staff were so lovely and I have to commend the two men that worked at the restaurant for their warm hospitality! All of the staff was fantastic and really did their best to make sure I was happy and comfortable. They helped me arrange transportation to the places I wanted to visit during my stay. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was great. I appreciated how welcome the staff made me feel. The room was very comfortable and clean. Tolles, sehr ruhiges Hotel mit einer schönen kleinen, gepflegten Anlage. Personal sehr freundlich und immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und Fragen. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum. Man ist aber nach einer kurzen Fahrt mit dem Tuk Tuk schnell im Trubel. It's a little bit off the beaten path (\~10 minutes off the main strip) and it's a small windy dirt road to get to it, which made us a little nervous the first time we drove though (it's a nice compound surrounded by developing areas), but it's absolutely quiet and a little piece of paradise when you enter the facility. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and each bungalow has two rental rooms attached. We have 3 young boys so we rented two rooms, which meant we had the whole bungalow to ourselves. The staff made us all feel welcome even when the boys were a bit noisy in the pool (which BTW was immaculate and warm, despite the time of year), or when they were a little louder at breakfast. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and better than some of the food we had in town. The staff was all very very friendly, and Mike was especially helpful as each evening he helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for the next day so that we could visit several of the major temples on our own. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and the pool is fantastic but what makes it so good is how you are treated by everyone. Such a personal touch is quite unusual indeed. Very clean hot showers, fruit basket and iced tea on arrival. Ride from and to airport. Assistance with setting up tours, downtown shopping. Free breakfast Asian and Western menus. About 3 blocks of bad road to the property but very quiet neighborhood . Large, beautiful, well-kept swimming pool and grounds. Taste, quality and variety of food was excellent. Super pleasant staff.
