"The overall stay was OK. The room was very old and hasn't been refurbished for a long time. The furniture was old and scrappy, there were no electric sockets near the bed for charging the phone. My room was adjacent to the railroad and even though the windows were double glazed to reduce the sound it wasn't completely sealed and I heard the trains every few minutes and even woke up from that several times. However, the staff was super friendly and attentive, but honestly I don't see myself returning for another stay."

Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay. "Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."
