"Wonderful staff. Paid for a cheap hotel stay and got excellent service similar to that of a 5* hotel. Breakfast included and was excellent standard quality ingredients (you can just tell). Situated amazing for exploring Greenwich. Right next door to train station."

"We stayed for one night for my girlfriend’s birthday. We arrived to drop off our luggage before check in fine, and our room was already prepared for us! Almost 3-hours before check-in time!
The room was lovely and clean, as was the rest of the hotel, the view of London was amazing.
We left the hotel, and when we came back, they had left a special dessert saying “Happy Birthday” on it. So kind.
We slept very well in the comfortable bed, and had a lovely breakfast in the morning, along with spending some time in the lovely pool and spa area.
Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely return again."
