"I was in room 6, a sweet, quirky little room with a double bed surrounded by a wooden platform. All of the room no's are shown by a clock on each door - mine was pointing at 6 o'clock. The room was immaculately clean and contained everything I could possibly need - kettle and tea making facilities complete with biscuits, two bottles of water and a coffee machine with pods. I couldn't work out how to use said coffee machine and there were no instructions but I know if I had asked, one of the friendly members of staff would have helped, some instructions would be useful though. The bathroom was roomy and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner & also a little box of cotton buds, shower caps etc. The bathroom was spotless. If I had to say anything, I would rather for the sake of the planet that a pump action refillable shower/shampoo/conditioner like the ones near the basin were installed in the shower to save on all the small bottles they must go through. Also I was only there 2 nights & a small sign saying 'For the sake of the planet, any towels that need changing should be left in the shower tray', as mine really didnt need to go through a wash day 1 I've seen this sign in expensive hotels so it would be appropriate. My only 'cons' amongst the Pros was the noise from the room below till early hours but it is above a pub after all. I had a bit of trouble getting on the bed as you had to clamber over the bottom bit of wood but that's mine and not the beds fault. Top Notch!"
