We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff.
