Have a weekend getaway, or spend a week relaxing at the Bear Haven Cabin, only 3 hours from Phoenix or 4 hours from Tucson! Stay close to all city amenities while enjoying a remote feel – a true “City Girl’s (or Guy’s) Cabin”!

Breathe the fresh mountain air while enjoying your morning coffee or do some remote work on the extended gated patio deck. Chilly day? Flip the switch to turn on the river rock gas fireplace!!

NOTE: access is only by stair, requiring four steps up to the front entry.

We drove to Show Low from Tucson for a relief from the summer heat. Played golf, fished, walked and ate! Had a lovely time in this charming “Beary” well appointed cottage. Perfect for one couple. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed.

This little Cabin is a Gem and completely exceeds our expectations. So beautifully decorated that it makes it so easy to call it “Home” during our stay. The setting in the Ponderosa Pines is magnificent and setting on the deck is so relaxing and enjoyable.

This Cabin must be in Heaven

This little Cabin was everything it was advertised to be and then some. Completey exceeded our expectations! It is furnished so nicely, comfortable furniture, beds and everything so clean. So nice to come home to after our sightseeing and other activities to relax in house or out on the covered deck. This neat little cabin made our getaway to Show Low a very memorable one

Exceptional!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Haven cabin. The decor was exceptional and seemingly decorated by a professional, and the rooms cozy and comfortable. The amenities supplied were top-notch, and the property caretaker was extremely attentive and amicable. There was no hair blow-drier, as listed in the amenities, so we purchased one and left it there for future renters. We could have used some tissues, and ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper, but since we rented for such a lengthy stay, two entire weeks, we just purchased our own. We will highly recommend this rental in the future.
