The breakfast, which we prebooked, was excellent, there was a wide menu and very good buffet too. My daughter had Eggs Royale which was cooked perfectly. All staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is well positioned for the NEC. Good value for money."

"Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"
