A lot of small items were broken or needed heavy maintenance.. i.e. no gas in gas bottle, 3 rooms light globes out. 1 TV working out of the two, then the antennae plug fell apart part way through. No batteries the TV remote, some fan remotes had no batteries. Sand and food crumbs all in the lounge crevice's. I have twin 11 month old boys whom we didn't want to let play on the ground as they constantly had dirt and black marks all over them. The soles of our feet were filthy daily. We had to spend hundreds on small items, in order to make it through the day here. Significant effort required to tidy up, for such a great location the lack of maintenance and effort on the place was very disappointing. ##### Daniel C.
