My room was very clean and big (TV a bit small though for such a big room, yet not a big deal), and the view from the window was something I always enjoyed every time I stayed in this hotel.
All the staff from reception to room service were polite and helpful as expected in Japan.
5 mins walk from Shin Osaka station, great for going around Kansai area via JR as well as taking Shinkansen bullet trains. Also nearby is subway station along the Midosuji line for going around Osaka easy and quick.
Room was quite large by Japanese standards. Bed was so comfortable. Close to Shin-Osaka station. Food was a bit expensive, but not that bad. Quite nice food. Would definitely think about staying here again if I ever return to Osaka.
if you can skip the type of this hotel, everything is veryyyy gooood. it's so comfyyy and relax staying there. their staffs are really nice and kind. I couldn't find the big size of their room in any hotel in japan (in the same rate). Every facilities is useful and great such as spa chair, toilet or even their couter bar. I feel like home every time backing from outside, such a warm and relax place ever. it was my best experience in japan :-)
3 star hotel in Osaka for one night stay to see Universal Studios. The hotel is bit of a walk from the train station and one must go through a bit of seedy areas (esp if you get lost like we did so stay on the main road!). We got a room with 3 beds which was tight but great for budget travelers (myself and my daughters). Clean room with only one issue of the electricity going out at 1 am but the night manager came right up and fixed the breaker (could of been bc of my cpap machine).
Hotel is a bit outdated. The bathroom needs to be updated. The tub is small. Despite the size of the room and the bed, the free breakfast is good. I had the western breakfast every morning which consists of sandwiches and a fruit salad. In addition there were other items available such as soup, rice, sweet potato, bread, mini cucumber slices, juice, cereal and seaweed. I would recommend this hotel because they provide an organic breakfast.
