It is an older doublewide that has been updated, with plenty of parking for a vehicle and a boat. It is located on a dead end street and a canal. It has a nice little dock to sit on in the evenings to watch the sunset.You are conveniently located 30 minutes to Astor, 45 minutes to Deland, Ormond Beach and an hour to Daytona. Decently stocked kitchen, but try to get any groceries before you get there. We came in on a boat and didn't have a car with us. Although none of the restaurants nearby delivered, Instacart did, so that was nice. Very unreliable cable and wi-fi, but that isnt why you go to hang out at a lake. The canal is very shallow coming in off the lake and got under 2 ft a couple of times, but we were able to carefully maneuver an almost 23'ft Robalo down it. Super nice neighbor. Nice, hot showers. We were able to park boat and trailer on the property. Dock was just the spot for relaxation. Boat ramp/ marina was right around the corner, friendly staff and able to gas up on the water! Neighbor was the friendliest man you could meet and felt like home away from home. Screen in patio was perfect for our fur child who loved this space as he’s an outdoor lover like us. \*No lizards were harmed during our stay. Beds comfortable. Hot showers.
