Small Room

Posted 29-Apr-2016
Hotel is nice enough but room size was poor, all of the 'budget' hotels I have stayed in give bigger accommodation. Bathroom also just big enough to fit the necessary fittings. Disappointing really. On a positive note, breakfast was top notch and staff are friendly.

OK hotel but overpriced

Posted 16-Apr-2016
Pros: Convenient for a breakfast meeting , located close to M25 /M26 junction
Cons: Pricing in relation to other hotels
Location: close to M25 ,
This hotel was conveniently located for an overnight stay as I was meeting people there for breakfast the following morning. The attached diner served American styled cafe food such as burgers fries ice cream with '50s period rock and roll music The double room was clean small and functional , with view of fence and car park . The overall experience was close to staying at budget chain motel

Stayed at 7 Hotel & Diner for an interview. I was very impressed with the rooms, food and service they provided. Cheap and good quality Accomodation.

As always....a good place to stay :)

Posted 03-Nov-2015 on Hotels
As usual, a nice and comfy stay. Check in is always simple and the staff are always really nice, and even got a room upgrade this time :) This being my 4th stay here, i knew what to expect and as usual they meet there guests requirements. Room was clean and tidy, always comfortable and nice place to sleep. Only slight gripe, was the bathroom extractor fan was quite loud, so coupd be heard for ages after the light has been turned off. Wifi could also be stronger, as never really got great signal in the room. But overall, great place to eat and stay, so will definitely be staying again :)

Waffles and WiFi - Great Stay

Excellent room and enjoyable American diner theme in restaurant which made a change. From a business stay point of view probably the best WiFi signal I have ever had in an hotel, so brilliant for working on the laptop.

Great overnightefor visiting Brands Hatch

Posted 22-Oct-2015
Pros: Not much, would prefer a separate bar for relaxation
Cons: Restaurant seems to be overbooked with non hotel guests
Location: Only used by us for overnight when visiting Brands Hatch
Comfy modern room, in house dining. Nothing else to say . Nothing else to say

Small Things let it all down

Posted 22-Oct-2015 on Hotels
Nice motel good location for a visit to Brands Hatch, but it was like the death of a 1000 knives as lots of little niggles built up to ruin our stay. Firstly they had my name wrong and I was now a women, I mentioned this but when I checked out it was still the same. The room smelled of stale wee, which was probably due to the fan in the bathroom not working , lights in the room kept flickering and one bulb never got above a dim glow. It was unbearable hot even though the radiator was off. We mentioned all these problems but none of them were sorted, though they did clean the bathroom and spray some air freshener around. One night we ate in the diner, which is OK, the food is fine, however the service really needed to improve. Long story short, my wife got the wrong meal, drinks were forgotten about, and we couldn't catch anyone's eye to get them to sort it out. Once the main meals were sorted we didn't have any cutlery, in desperation I stole it off another empty table as we just wanted to get on with our meal. There were a few other little bits and bobs, the manager did come and say sorry, but didn't offer any discount for the bad service, in similar situations in other restaurants we have been given our drinks for free as a gesture or offered a free dessert but not this place. To be fair I think we had been very unlucky and I would consider using the Motel again, I mean lightening can't strike twice, can it? But it is a bit pricey for what we got in the end!!!
