Fifties hotel theme.

Closest hotel to our friends house party

Pros: The staff and ease of booking
Cons: Lower rate.
Location: No clue
Reception team friendly and helpful, room clean nicely presented all as expected and hoped for. Garden seating area was very child friendly. This hotel really is a one night stop over type of place. Just a room to sleep and a room for breakfast ( which was good) No lounge for example or bar. Given the above it should be a little less expensive, I'm sure had there been a travel lodge nearby it would have been half the price.

Good overnighter

Good place for an overnight stay in the area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed that our request for a cot hadn't got through from Hotels.com, but the staff were great in bringing a cot quickly, so no problem.

Small Room

Hotel is nice enough but room size was poor, all of the 'budget' hotels I have stayed in give bigger accommodation. Bathroom also just big enough to fit the necessary fittings. Disappointing really. On a positive note, breakfast was top notch and staff are friendly.

Our stay at 7 diner hotel

We stayed for 2 nights commencing Saturday 16rh April. The room was spacious and clean with rea/coffee making facilities. However, the TV didn't work properly - we could only get 4 channels. The heating didn't work. After reporting this after the first night we were upgraded (at no extra charge) to a suite on the 2nd floor. This was much better the radiator worked and we could get plenty of Digital channels on the TV. The diner was good and we had breakfast on the last day Prior to departure. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient For Sevenoaks centre, we were visiting friends and family. Overall we would have Preferred a more traditional style hotel as this one was like an American motel/diner, but it was all right.

OK hotel but overpriced

Pros: Convenient for a breakfast meeting , located close to M25 /M26 junction
Cons: Pricing in relation to other hotels
Location: close to M25 ,
This hotel was conveniently located for an overnight stay as I was meeting people there for breakfast the following morning. The attached diner served American styled cafe food such as burgers fries ice cream with '50s period rock and roll music The double room was clean small and functional , with view of fence and car park . The overall experience was close to staying at budget chain motel

I was going to an event at Brands Hatch and because breakfast was not available until 8 o'clock on Sunday I had to miss it. It was just as well it had not been included in the price. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the facilities good. The food in the restaurant was well cooked and tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. But they were very busy. Hotel reception was very helpful and friendly.

Unwanted service charge.

Having gone to the bar to buy a drink I was redirected to take a seat & be served. I ordered a beer priced £3.75 & was billed £4.35. 60p service charge. If I had wanted service I would be less concerned. But I didn't. The manager who redirected me refused to refund the charge. A clever piece of deception which reinforces my refusal to return to this hotel
