Very pleasant stay

Posted 26-Sep-2016
Pros: Locality and service
Cons: Not anything I can think of specifically
We were staying as we had a wedding reception to go to nearby. Reception were extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for us. Only issue some might have with the hotel is if your room is at the front the road noise might be disturbing. Other than that I can't fault the cleanliness or service we received.

Small rooms, no air conditioning. Lots of road noise, very tiny showers.

Closest hotel to our friends house party

Posted 22-Jul-2016
Pros: The staff and ease of booking
Cons: Lower rate.
Location: No clue
Reception team friendly and helpful, room clean nicely presented all as expected and hoped for. Garden seating area was very child friendly. This hotel really is a one night stop over type of place. Just a room to sleep and a room for breakfast ( which was good) No lounge for example or bar. Given the above it should be a little less expensive, I'm sure had there been a travel lodge nearby it would have been half the price.

Ok for one night stay

Posted 13-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Bed and shower rooms both clean and well maintained but tiny. Could walk either side of bed but room so small no chairs. Would not be big enough to open a suitcase except on the bed. Shower ok, sink not even full sized bathroom sink. No storage space. Ok for one night stay but nothing more. Some traffic noise but good access to M25.

Great for business trip

Posted 01-Jul-2016 on Hotels
One night business trip, rocked up at 10pm, very easy check in, room ideal for my night stay, food still being served although I didn't partake as it was 10pm! Easy check out. Comfy clean and tidy room, bathroom good, easy access to the m25, will definelty use again when in this area as great value for money. As for any one that complains about road noise, it was fine, man up.

Great concept just needing a few improvements.

This is a great little hotel for us in that it is close to my in-laws so a great way to break the journey when visiting. Restaurant is great with its American Diner theme. Watch the 10% discretionary service charge which is added automatically. Rooms are pretty small and beds could do with new (better) mattresses as they are standard size and couples are prone to rolling together, pillows were also very thin and hard. The rooms have no aircon and are hot in summer. Extractor fan in our bathroom was so load as to be unusable. This is our second stay and we would not stay here if we had to pay more for the room. We see these shortcomings as an easy fix for the management and look forward to seeing the improvements if we stay there again.

Good overnighter

Good place for an overnight stay in the area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed that our request for a cot hadn't got through from Hotels.com, but the staff were great in bringing a cot quickly, so no problem.
