Reviewer Comments: The staff at the Residences are uniformly top notch. They are polite, kind, helpful and personable. When we arrived the unit was spotless. It has all the usual equipment for everyday life and then some. We could not figure out how to work the Keurig coffee machine. The construction noise from Bar Jack never stopped and went on seven days a week. No break on Sundays. Very disruptive and unsettling. There were times we could not talk to each other. We were not warned of this beforehand. Unfortunately, the condo across the hall from us was also under construction with the same noise problems. The pool staff were, as always, helpful and personable. If you could get past the construction noise, it was a very nice, high end vacation. ##### Ogden C. ---
