Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit einem riesigen Wohn-Essbereich , zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Sehr praktisch sind die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Nachbargrundstücken gibt es bei Viva by the sea tatsächlich genügend Parkplätze für die Autos. Blick zum mehr ist großartig und für diejenigen was nicht zum mehr wollen ist auch wunderschöne Pool zum planschen da.
