This stylish two-story single-family home features modern decor and is fully equipped with all the amenities and productivity essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a spacious patio for outdoor relaxation, a fully stocked kitchen, two office areas, ample parking, and the convenience of an onsite washer and dryer. Please note, there are two steps to reach the main entrance. Welcome to our modern 5b3b home in the south of Seattle. Previously a Guest Favorite under the property management firm transfer. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The home has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds (1 king +3 queen+ 2 twins +sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms, 2700 sqft. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance. Floor Plan • First Floor: Main entrance; Master bedroom suite w/King size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. One guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and one guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, a full bathroom with shower. Living room with sofa bed that sleeps 2, smart TV, kitchen, dining. • Lower unit: Master bedroom with queen size bed, one guest bedroom with queen size bed, a full bathroom with shower/ tub. Living room smart TV, kitchenette, dining. • Garage : Laundry is inside of the garage, also come with lots of board games! • Fenced in front yard and upgraded garage for kids and pets to run around Home Highlights • Plenty of parking space! • Big patio for outdoor relaxation. • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, K-cup coffee & tea. • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different floors, perfect for group travel. • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The entire home is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. \- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times. \- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won\`t be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don\`t leave them unsupervised. \- No cats allowed. \- Only dogs below 20lbs allowed. Max 2\. You must list on booking request. \- Please indicate an accurate number of guests. \- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don\`t honor yesterday\`s pricing. \- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking. 1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】 We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb\`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule. 2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【PETS】 Please note this property is DOG FRIENDLY. Unfortunately this property is cat-free. A maximum of two well behaved small dogs less than 20lbs are allowed. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide a starter supply such as toilet paper, oil, pepper, salt, etc. Extra supplies such as food will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200\. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date. 8.【NO late check-out】 Unfortunately we can\`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests. 9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them. 10\. 【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out.
