This upstairs end unit offers a happy, beach vibe with coastal interiors, warm wood flooring throughout, great water views and magical sunsets from the outdoor deck and amenity cards for island style living at the Seabrook Island Club. The living area is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and extra windows offering great views and abundant ocean breezes and natural light. There is plenty of comfortable seating for guests and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper. After a day at the beach, relax with a good book or enjoy watching sports and movies on the flat screen TV with digital cable. There is also a small CD stereo for guest enjoyment. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, modern appliances and a granite bar with stools for casual dining at the counter or a cup of morning coffee. There is also a full size dining table. The laundry center is in the pantry just off the kitchen. This Pelican Watch villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated private bathroom. A 2nd full bath with a stall shower in the hall is convenient for guests using the sleeper sofa. Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. The area which is an opportunity for most improvement is the pillows on the bed- please replace as they were not usable.
