This modern vacation apartment offers 71 m² of living space, including a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the Schlei. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains. Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor. Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal sources. Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details. The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected.
