"The newly renovated room is very clean and nice. The shuttle from Ohare airport was very convenient and the app is a huge bonus to track the arrivals of shuttles. The drivers, Omar and Ben V are very courteous and friendly which makes the stay extra special. Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Ohare hotel . I have stayed at other hotels previously and had not so nice experience and felt stressed. I will stay at Hyatt Regency next time for my flights."

"Hey all, Be very careful when booking this hotel. They do not offer refunds under any circumstances. I accidentally booked this hotel and immediately requested a refund, but they refused. Even Expedia tried to help me get reimbursed and still couldn’t. I ended up booking another hotel on the same day through Expedia. They even asked me to write a review even though I never checked in. It’s surprising to see a hotel in the U.S. with such a strict no‑refund policy. Thanks,"

"Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Had to call to the front desk to find out where I turned the light on in my bathroom ecause the towel rail and towels were blocking its view. Spent way too much time looking for light switch. Guest next door checked in and was talking so loudly from 3am to 4 am. I did not report. Room has seen better days; wall paper peeling. Check in staff great as well as breakfast staff."
