A Casa Di Mia , a few km from the historic center of Florence, is the ideal solution for those who want to freely explore the Tuscan capital and its surroundings, among artistic and architectural masterpieces and sumptuous meals based on typical recipes. Stay in this oasis of tranquility where well-being is at home. Fast Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.  
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, located on the mezzanine floor of a residential building.  
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, storage room, bathroom and level terrace.  
Next to the entrance there is a storage room where you can place your luggage upon your arrival.  
The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a small terrace, a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Lavazza espresso machine with capsules, fridge and everything you need for cooking.  
Following is the large double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, consisting of a comfortable double bed, TV, chest of drawers with three drawers and bridge wardrobe.  
The bathroom has a bidet, sink, large shower cubicle and hairdryer.  
 Ultra-fast wi-fi connection is guaranteed throughout the apartment, excellent for smart working.  
Apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. Ideal for a family, a couple, digital nomads.  
  
Air conditioning will only be available in the summer period, from 21 June to 21 September. .
