You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby with shared elevator access, making hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more, are all within easy walking distance.

Walking Savannah

Great location for walking Savannah. The only thing that i wished we had was private parking. Loading and unloading was not easy. Saturday and Saturday evening was the only time it was difficult to find parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Long weekend in Savannah

Enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean with everything we needed and location was really nice and close to the historic district sites and a nice spot in between the river and Forsyth park. Did hear the some rowdiness from a bachelorette party above our unit as the walls are pretty thin but it was short lived. Had a little trouble with getting the correct access code for the roof as the one on the portal was incorrect. Was able to get the correct one with a quick phone call but then that one didnt work the next day. Its possible codes are updated everyday/really frequently but customer service was quick to help. Also was able to store luggage at the Liberty St office in between check out and later flight which was auper helpful! All in all would recommend and stay here again!

Nice location, but had some issues

We arrived after dark and had a little trouble even finding the entrance. There were no numbers on that door. Then the code for the condo was incorrect but luckily the help number worked and the agent gave us a new code. Street parking was $24 for 8am to 8 pm each day. The furniture was very worn. There was a dead bird under the cushion on the balcony. The floors were dirty. The clothes dryer took forever. No Kleenex and cheap TP. The rooftop had no shade and the grills were filthy. On the plus side, we enjoyed the location, the showers were nice, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

A block or so off Broughton and easy up access. We parked in the deck about 2-3 short blocks away and it worked out fine. There is currently construction on the building directly across the street so there is little street traffic on that side. The rental can hear the others around it and above it. Overall, really enjoyed the place. Space was nice, clean, easy to access, etc.

Great Choice

Had a great stay, there was some serious construction happening across the street, but we were graciously compensated for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again if in Savannah!

Beautiful clean property no parking

The property was lovely and well equipped.It was very clean and well maintained. It was very secure and the check in process was a breeze. Now for the bad... The nearest parking garage is 8 blocks and my elderly parents were my companions so it wasn't a great fit for our trip. Lack of adequate parking in the historic district puts a real damper on your fun.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in mini vacation rentals and have a vacation rental of my own and I was disappointed in this stay for a couple ofreasons. The first reason is that the place is very cheaply decorated and part of the reason I choose vacation rentals over hotels is for the attention to detail and individuality but hotels often do not provide. The other issue I had with the accommodations was the amount of noise, not from the street but from the building itself. The walls seemed paperthin and I could hear every chair move and every conversation happening in the unit next to us. Lastly, the rooftop area looked nothing like the pictures online. There were filled up ashtrays all over the place and it look like something more in keeping with a college experience than a vacation experience. We were excited to utilize the rooftop when we booked the place but after seeing it we did not go back upstairs.

Cooked several meals in the kitchen, enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony, and we all had the privacy we needed. Plus everything we wanted to do in Savannah was in easy walking distance. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear other rooms at night, but nothing a sound machine couldn't cover up. Also it was raining pretty heavy when we arrived and the street in front of the door didn't drain very well. But overall we had a great time! Highly recommend it!

Location-wise, the unit is close to everything. You are at the center of all the spots in Savannah and can walk everywhere. The location was safe and not too loud. Parking is off-site, but the Bryan Street parking garage was only $15 for a Friday-Sunday stay (10 min walk). Only negative is that it was kind of expensive for the condition of the unit. The floors were dirty/dusty and made our feet black. I had to wear slippers. The living room seating feels/looks like old office lobby seating. The patio furniture was torn. There was pink mildew on the shower curtains and the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. The walls are also thin. We could clearly hear someone else's conversation in another unit through one of our bedrooms.This was a last minute booking for us. I was aware of the furniture being outdated based on the other reviews, but I did not expect the dirty floors. I do think that the nightly rate should reflect the outdatedness of the unit or new furniture should be added. Other than that, it was okay. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property for four adults was great It was spacious and walkable to everything downtown with a ten-minute walk to Riverwalk the unit had all the amenities needed, everything is well updated, comfy beds, lots of amenities, Love the shower fixtures a plus for the hot showers The issue(s) we had on the 2nd floor unit, the walls are defiantly thin as previously mentioned in other reviews. At night coming from another unit, We could hear water running, someone talking and drawers closing All our floors were filthy Need a definite wash It may help to eliminate the drain gnats Also, need more outlets in the King size bedroom one was blocked from the closet need another by nightstand. The area we stayed appeared safe with no issues, cameras everywhere and well-lit We used the public parking lot 2-3 blocks over on State St. As for Lucky Savannah, its customer service was excellent in addressing my concerns prior to our four-night stay. Make sure to bring coffee for filter, no Keurig Would consider using this property again for off peak season.
