The Villa Waterlily was built in 1880 in the early days style. In 1994, she was stylishly and lovingly restored, welcomes its guests. The apartment in the Villa Seerose is located in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea, the well-established garden with a terrace and lawn. The apartment is for your trip in the summer, spring, summer, autumn and winter. The island of Rügen is always worth a trip. The famous chalk cliffs and through the Jasmund National Park with its book Hochwald are nearby and always worth a visit. Sassnitz and its historic old town in style baths invite to numerous cafes, restaurants and shops to linger and are within a few minutes.

The apartment consists of living - bedroom, kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc. equipped. Other equipment TV, CD radio, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi and patio furniture in the summer are available for use. Bed linen is included.
In addition, the final cleaning 35 € once and to pay the tourist tax on the spot.
Parking is for one car is next to the villa lily for each apartment available. Storage facilities for bicycles in the villa available.

Leider enttäuschend – unangekündigte Nachzahlung und schlechte KommunikationIch war mit der Unterkunft selbst soweit zufrieden, ich waren als Familie dort zum entspannen, aber nach der Gesamtbegleichung der Bezahlung und vereinbarten Summe bekam ich eine Nachzahlung leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unklar. Ohne vorherige Absprache wurde mir einige Tage nach dem Aufenthalt eine Nachzahlung in Rechnung gestellt – das hätte ich so nicht erwartet. Solche Dinge sollten im Voraus klar und transparent kommuniziert werden. Insgesamt habe ich mich dadurch nicht gut betreut gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft daher leider nicht empfehlen.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohnung tippi toppi. Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles was man braucht, fussläufig zu erreichen. Zauberhafter Blick von der Wohnung, auf die Ostsee. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, gerne immer wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung war die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren ersten Urlaub zu dritt! Sie ist gut geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schön ist auch die Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick und fußläufiger Entfernung zu Altstadt und Stadthafen. Dass Alt Sassnitz an sich nicht besonders Kinderwagenfreundlich ist, liegt ja nicht an der Wohnung. Einzigen Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit, da unser Baby bei seiner Erkundungstour durch die Wohnung regelmäßig fremde Haare vom Boden aufgesammelt hat
