It is just steps across the street from 10 acre Gillespie Park or a quick walk to cultural and culinary delights, coffee houses, restaurants, Live entertainment, sports bars & wine bars, live music, the farmers market, John Ringling Bridge, The Marina, Hollywood 20 movie theater, McCurdy’s Comedy Theatre, Payne Park Skate Park, The Opera House, Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and The Orioles Spring Training Stadium. Take the trolley tours to learn more about Sarasota history. About 5 blocks away enter “The Legacy Trail” for 20 plus miles of biking, roller blading, jogging all on a paved safe trail removed from traffic, trailing through Sarasota County cities & parks. Sarasota weekend

The condo was in a perfect area to walk to shops and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Melissa was an excellent host with immediate responses for whatever we needed. We will definitely rent from her in the future.

The unit we stayed had terrible parking options. It was in a strange looking neighborhood. It was walking distance from downtown which was good. There were steep stairs going up to the apartment.

Perfect couples or single unit

This place is cute and just a perfect size. I’ve stayed at Melissa’s property at another unit and she really went out of her way to make this stay very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Melissa! This place is in a perfect location, quiet, and really was nicely decorated. All modern amenities. I’ll be back when I have to come visit family in town.
