Nestled in a prime area for adventure, this spacious retreat is near a plethora of rock climbing, white water rafting, hiking, skiing, and sightseeing opportunities. No matter the season, rest assured that you'll find some sort of thrilling activity that will satisfy your adventurer's soul!

After an afternoon spent on the slopes, head for the bubbling warmth of the hot tub and gaze out at stunning, tree-lined views from the expansive deck.

The interior of the home is flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle under the common area's vaulted ceilings and warm up in front of the heat of the gas fireplace. As you tune into your favorite show on the Smart TV, the chef of your family can cook up something delicious in the gourmet kitchen! Gleaming with high-end appliances, ample meal prep space, and even a wine rack - this space makes cooking a breeze. When it's time to eat, gather together under the dining room's chandelier, or take your meal alfresco and enjoy sunset views from the West.

A haven of peace and tranquility, the primary bedroom boasts its own private outdoor lounge area and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Indulge in luxurious moments of self-care while utilizing the dual sinks, walk-in shower, and marvelous corner tub. Rest assured that everyone's comfort is catered to as each bedroom is adorned with soft linens, custom decor pieces, and central air-conditioning. The perks don't end there though! Other key features of Sapphire Elegance include; knotty pine in all the right places, a library, children's items like a Pack-N-Play and games, a separate laundry room, and a downstairs family room for greater company with a poker table, TV, comfortable furnishings, and fireplace.

As the sun begins to set over the beautiful landscape beyond, head for the upper-level balcony where the patio heaters will keep you warm as you watch the sunset's orange, yellow, and pink hues fill the sky.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
