The apartments are new, and very well equipped, with comfortable beds and details of comfort. The owner María was very nice and helpful. The place is in a good location, with a bus stop 50 meters away, and at 10 minutes of Kamari beach and 15 minutes of Fira. I reccomend it to have a wonderful stay in Santorini.
